Today an article on the crisis of US foreign and military policy, co-authored by Conn Hallinan and me, has been published by Foreign Policy in Focus. It's a rather extensive review which has engaged us over the last several months. We hope it helps stimulate some additional thinking and action to alter the perilous course we're on.
